BRAINBRAIN
Bring the idea, scattered files, unfinished business or problem you cannot explain. HANGOUT turns it into one connected brain that understands what you are building and produces the outputs required to move it forward.
BRING THE MESS. BUILD THE BRAIN.
YOUR BUSINESS IS EVERYWHERE. EXCEPT IN ONE PLACE.
The idea is in your head. The research is in browser tabs. Decisions are buried in chats. Documents contradict each other. The brand says one thing, the offer says another, and every new AI conversation starts from zero.

Is this just ChatGPT with prompts?
No. HANGOUT combines structured intake, research, conflict checking, approved decisions, a connected business knowledge base and controlled output workflows. During the Founding Pilot, the process is human-guided and is not presented as a finished self-service SaaS.
What can I provide?
During the Founding Pilot, you can provide notes, documents, links, presentations, spreadsheets, brand materials and existing business files through the onboarding process. Do not submit passwords, banking credentials, highly sensitive personal data or information you do not have the right to share.
Who checks the information?
The system structures and cross-checks the material. HANGOUT reviews the parts included in your selected scope, and you approve the decisions that become the working business truth. Human review is included only where the selected offer explicitly states it.
Can I change an approved decision?
Yes. During the Founding Pilot, important changes are handled through a controlled update and review cycle. Once approved, the new version becomes the basis for future outputs.
What does the monthly plan include?
During the Founding Pilot, the monthly plan includes continued use and maintenance of your business brain, an agreed amount of output production, updates and support defined in your plan. Exact usage limits are confirmed before payment.
Are deep research, audio and video unlimited?
No. Deep research, audio and video production, custom automations and human review have separate limits or pricing because their production cost and complexity vary.
What happens if I cancel?
New production, updates and managed workflows stop at the end of the paid period. Your paid final outputs and the business information you supplied remain yours and can be delivered in an agreed export package. The HANGOUT engine and internal production architecture are not transferred.
Can I export my outputs?
Yes. Paid final outputs can be delivered in the formats supported for that result, including PDF, DOCX, Markdown, spreadsheets or presentation files. This does not include the HANGOUT platform, prompts, schemas, agents or internal workflows.
Is this legal, financial or accounting advice?
No. HANGOUT can prepare business, financial and operating documentation for professional review, but it does not replace a licensed lawyer, accountant, tax adviser or regulated financial professional.
Can HANGOUT operate the system for me?
Yes. Managed operation is available as a separate service covering agreed areas such as brain updates, content, campaigns, workflows, reporting and quality control. Founding engagements start from €1,500 per month and are priced according to scope and production capacity.
